That’s why we closely guide you through the personalization journey. You will receive a preview of your book before production, giving you the opportunity to review every detail.
You may request free revisions within 24 hours if any elements - such as your child’s facial features, skin tone, or hairstyle - do not accurately reflect your child.
For more advanced or custom personalization requests beyond the standard adjustments, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your request.

1. Order Fulfillment Policy (IMPORTANT)
Digital Product (eBook - PDF)

If you purchase an eBook (PDF version), the product will be delivered via email.

Once the PDF file has been sent to your email, the order is considered completed and fulfilled.

No physical product will be printed or shipped for eBook orders.
Physical Books (Softcover & Hardcover)

Physical books are only printed and shipped if you select:

Softcover, or
-
Hardcover

These orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Preview & Approval Process

After placing an order, we will send you a preview of your personalized book within a few hours.

You may request edits or corrections after reviewing the preview.

If no feedback is received within 24 hours, we will automatically proceed with printing to avoid delays.
Editing Policy

After the 24-hour approval window:

The book will be sent to production

No further edits can be made
-
Because each book is fully personalized and uniquely created for each child,
once printing has begun, changes are no longer possible.
2. Processing & Shipping Time
Since all of our products are made-to-order, production is required before shipping.
Processing time: 2–4 business days
This includes:

Quality check

Packaging
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Time
Shipping times do not include production time.

Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
3. Broken or Damaged Item Policy
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
To request a replacement, please email us at support@wondeme.com with:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Lost or Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or affected by a shipping carrier issue:

We will reproduce and resend a new order to you

No additional fees will be charged

4. Return Policy
Because all of our products are fully personalized and custom-made for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an error caused by us (including but not limited to):
